Terms of Service

By engaging Alghahim Africa for IT services, you enter into a binding agreement. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Website design and development
• Mobile application development
• IT consultation and support
• Domain registration and hosting services
• System maintenance and updates

• Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified
• Additional work outside the original scope will be charged separately

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope of work. Actual delivery may vary due to:

• Client feedback and revision cycles
• Complexity of requirements
• Third-party integrations and dependencies
• Unforeseen technical challenges
• Client-provided content and materials delays

We commit to regular communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary content, images, and materials
• Access to required systems and accounts
• Testing and acceptance of deliverables
• Backup of existing data before migrations

• Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables
• Alghahim Africa retains rights to methodologies and general knowledge
• Third-party licenses and tools remain property of their respective owners
• Source code is provided upon project completion and full payment
• Clients must respect third-party intellectual property rights

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Clients are responsible for data backup and security
• We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those legally required
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination for breach of contract
• Upon termination, payment is due for all completed work
• No refunds for work already completed
• Client data will be returned within 30 days of termination
